Proactive Investors comment on Sunridge Gold
“…The Antofagasta deal is extremely significant, as it enables the company to continue to explore its extensive and
highly prospective property and at the same time advance the known deposits
through prefeasibility studies. Advancing the deposits to the next stage in the development cycle will add considerable
shareholder values. The potential for further discoveries makes this companyextremely attractive at the current
price… Lawrence Raulston”s Resource Opportunities quote on Sunridge Gold Sept, 2009 Issue
In regards to my Evolving Gold recommendation earlier today, I received a couple of emails I like to respond to here. The first was regarding my concern about a reported sell recommendation on EVG on the belief of poor drill results.
I believe he recent results from EVG’s Rattlesnake Hills demonstrate further potential of the project and the robust nature of the gold mineralization in the area, although momentarily disappointing the market. Comparisons have been made between the Rattlesnake Hills geology and that of the Cripple Creek District in Colorado where over 25 million ounces have been mined. At the Cripple Creek District, gold mineralization occurs in two principle styles1) large zones of lower grade mineralization and 2) high grade zones.
EVG’s recent news reported results from the lower grade zones, where they reported very long intercepts of lower gold grades - but decent gold values mind you – and results from the high grade area intercepts are still to come. They currently have 5 drills turning and we can expect a steady stream of high and low grade results over a broad area from this area. One’s man’s “poor” results is another man’s “opportunity”.
EVG relationship with Agoracom will have no effect on my buy or sell recommendation.

New York Mets catcher Omir Santos and Peter Grandich
Remember, Peter said to buy Nak $6.00 or under. Bad news coming soon.
Be very careful of a poster like Dennis. He refuses to give any idea of what the so-called bad news is. I doubt his motive is to save the world.
The yahoo chat board has been over run by the environmentalist and anti-pebble group and you can be sure they’re now here too. The difference is they know Peter has control over the blog and he’s very fair to a point so they must be tame in their attacks.
cum…member the dirty symbol…lol….copper mountain…finally gave me a pay day…note that tgb, tko..taseko…made a bid for this co.
Thanks Sal for expressing your opinion here!
Copper Mountain Mining Rejects Unsolicited Proposal From Taseko Mines
Copper Mountain Mining Rejects Unsolicited Proposal From Taseko Mines
Thu Sep 17 09:00:00 2009
EDT
(RTTNews) – Copper Mountain Mining Corpn. (CUM.TO) announced that it has rejected unsolicited proposal
from Taseko Mines Limited (TGB, TKO.TO). The Copper Mountain Board concluded that the Proposal was not
in the best interests of the company’s shareholders. The resulting entity as outlined in the Proposal
would have resulted in Taseko Shareholders owning 88% of the combined entity.
On September 15, 2009 the Company received a highly conditional, non-binding untimely share exchange
proposal from Taseko Mines. The Copper Mountain Board allowed Taseko to personally present the Proposal
to the Copper Mountain Board. The Proposal contemplated a $10 million private placement by Taseko in
the Company at $2.20 per share conditional, amongst other things, that the Company enter into an exclusivity
agreement with Taseko.
The Copper Mountain Board noted that the Proposal was subject to among other things a 14 day due
diligence period. Taseko also informed the Copper Mountain Board that the final terms of the Proposal
required Taseko’s board approval. In addition, Taseko required the Proposal to be effected under a plan
of arrangement and Taseko required more than 120 days to complete this.
The Copper Mountain Board was particularly concerned about accepting the Proposal in lieu of the
$50 million equity financing as there was no certainty that the acquisition would take place nor was
there any certainty that a definitive agreement would be entered into or the acquisition could be concluded
in time to maintain the project schedule and meet financial commitments of the project. This would have
jeopardized the Company’s ability to maintain its interest in the Copper Mountain project for all shareholders.
If the private placement was completed and the Proposal was not concluded, the Company would be in the
position of having a competitor as a significant shareholder.

Not sure with the rejection of the bid what cum will do…hoping fall back to he issue price…cross my fingers…then it would be a humungous gift…..or will it trade in the area tko put on it….we’ll see…..another good story unfolding
Peter
Do you feel that the James E Brumley article on nak is accurate?
It can be said that you posted it thusly, you agree with it.
I am asking for your remarks on this article.
Pebble Project, Completion of the prefeasibility study moved again until next spring. I wonder why.
Taesko looks to go thru the res……cum also trading up higher…..
def alert tko,tgb..testing res and methinks going thru
Sal, I,m not a tree hugger or anti-Pebble by any means.I own shares in NDM, but have reduced my holdings as of yesterday.
Saw the first asks flash on tko at 3.01…it’s only a matter of time….jmo
3.01 printed…should be a green light….
Sorry Dennis either you’re stupid or a liar. What sane person who still owns a stock would post several times alluding to a bad event upcoming for the very company they still own shares in. You suggested that the shares would fall at least under $6 by noting Peter’s buy area yet you claim to still have shares and are willing to lose 15% by not following your own advice.
Sorry buddy but you’re either stupid or a liar. No offense.
Chris,
Thanks for mentioning CUM. I know you mentioned it before, but I was juggling so many things, I forgot to check the chart. Bought this morning @ 1.63, immediately after looking at the chart. So many nice technical patterns on this chart, could be one for the textbooks. It especially shows how volume proceeds price (note the last 3 days).
Quick question – do you have a method to deal with inter-listed stocks in different currencies like TKO.to / TGB? Sometimes the charts can look quite different due to currency moves – I never know which chart to believe.
Sal, You should buy more.
My only rule of thumb is I look for the country of origin…other wards taesko is a can. co….so I predominately watch that chart…other wards the only fluctuation to that is what cash is currency i have most of to place the order I want. On nsu for instance I have been gauging it on the us chart because i have us funds to invest….so really no set method except I try and stay where the stock is based……anyhow glad you caught some on cum…it had a nice push
Based on your last post Dennis you indeed proved me wrong. It’s clear now you’re both stupid and a liar. Have a nice day.
that 3 was taken but not strong enough vol. so we’ll see this aft if it is retaken…..threw a stink bid on cum at the gap…I’d laugh if I got filled…I’d cry if it went lower..lol
Sal – Thanks for showing Dennis for what he is – a jerk.
Klaus, when you say checked the chart – what site do you go to to do that and is it a free site. Do you check for any particular chart say 50 day or so? Any info you can share is much appreciated.
Susan…why are you interested in free charts….free charts are all delayed 15-20 minutes…the trade will be here and gone by the time you ever see it….if you want a delayed site just to get used to charts try askresearch.com. but tough to trade with that…you need real time info.
You guys can call me all the names you want. The truth is in the falling stock price.I,m not the only one who knows what,s going on.
Susan,
Whenever I need real time info, I use my broker’s charts. But I don’t day trade that often, so I generally use Stockcharts.com or Bigcharts. They are both free and interactive, and the presentation is much nicer than my brokers’. Most of the time, I do my chart watching when the markets are closed, so the 20 minute delay is irrelevant. I typically look at 1 year daily charts – just happens to be my preference.
Chris,
Didn’t know I needed to wear my day traders hat on CUM – lol. Flu stocks look like they are all breaking down – & that’s a good thing, methinks.
Klaus..that’s why I ment. this am once the bid was rejected…will it trade to the bid or to the issue for the financing they just did….left alot open for interpretation I know….so they drove it….now where do they land.I think I’m going to pos. into cum for a long haul once things settle…they have alot going on and the calls were for action this fall….
There’s an old say Dennis that one should quit while they’re ahead. In your case it should be while you’re behind. The poster Sal made an astute observation. It makes no sense for someone to continue holding shares in a company they are touting is about to be hit with bad news. Yet that’s exactly what you’re claiming is your case. By continuing to post about this only serves to bolster Sal’s accusations that you’re both stupid and a liar. If you truly believed your own claims you would have sold all your NAK.
Please sir, quit while you’re behind and help save the environment.
Dennis,
Yesterday morning you posted the extremely helpful:
“Rumor only, Bad news pending for the Pebble project (NAK,NDM).”
Followed shortly after 9AM yesterday by Susan:
“Dennis, can you be more specific?”
You then helpfully declined to post a response.
Today, you helpfully posted the even more detailed post:
“Remember, Peter said to buy Nak $6.00 or under. Bad news coming soon.”, followed by the transparent: “Pebble Project, Completion of the prefeasibility study moved again until next spring. I wonder why.” Now, either you wonder why, or you think you know why and you’re being coy. You’re really quite a cute guy….and it seems, a tease.
You then brought us all to the climax by alluding to the falling stock price and stating in such humble fashion:
“I,m not the only one who knows what,s going on.”
So, I guess it’s been established that your main purpose in blogging is to show us all how smart you are, by letting us all wonder if you have any real information behind your warnings, then when the stock goes lower and we all lose a little money, we’ll all listen more closely to you in the future. Wow. You probably ought to get ready to start your own blog real soon now.
Let’s see: helpful, coy, cute, a tease, and smart! Ever think of a sex-change operation? If you get one, I’m sure a lot of guys on this blog would be interested.
ok so when ever we stop bashing dennis and move on. because seriously its a blog and u dont have to pay attention to his post if u dont want to. i was wondering if there are any views on HNU that anyone would like to share with me?
thanks
Ryan M.,
You don’t have to pay attention to my post if you don’t want to.
Having said that, since you don’t get it, most of the “Dennis bashing” is really an attempt to get him to be helpful, instead of just noisy.
SLV Anyone? Or how about GLD?
http://www.gold-eagle.com/editorials_08/nielson091409.html
Ryan take this for what it’s wort….when I called what i thought was a temp. bottom on nat gas I ment. that I thought 3.50 or so would be a terget which it did hit…..now to complicate things they are still calling for a zero bid point on nat gas which would make me really cautious and to complicate things further hnu reversed…uugggh…..if nat gas falters it’s along retrace for hnu causing severe pain…I’m not playing that reverse at all…to much potential for pain and it’s aways to cold weather yet…jmo
“Let’s see: helpful, coy, cute, a tease, and smart! Ever think of a sex-change operation? If you get one, I’m sure a lot of guys on this blog would be interested.”
Dan m….not sure how these comments will make someone helpful….maybe try a different angle… having said that just because someone has an opinion on one of our plays….personally I think the opinion should be respected like anyone’s else’s….good or bad. never know sometimes rumors are correct but hard to prove at the time. Sometimes being put on alert is better than keeping the blinders on. Speaking of share price alone I guess long term it would be expected to appreciate…but if markets or gold corrects in Oct…odds are there will be rumors on most stuff to help the prices correct…it’s the nature of the beast. I call it static and keep focused on my long objective for my core holdings. Anyhow I agree with Ryan things are getting personal and that only causes further conflict…and yes I do know how to by pass posts such as been occurring on nak today….but I’d rather see us all helping each other make some cash….and yes i know I have the option of getting my own blog too…lol
Starquestor, I agree. Stay away from GLD and SLV. Who knows how these things are priced. Premiums swing 20% or more:
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=$gold:gld
Maybe CEF, or the new Swiss ETF, SGOL.
Better yet, buy good stocks….GG, RGLD.
Chris Ruel,
All good points.
Chris,
yeah thanks for the insight on hnu. im still deciding whether ill play it long or pocket my returns right now as i may loose them quickly. definatly volitile though:p dont think i have had a day that has fluctuated less then 10% ether way yet.
Dan M,
srry if i dont understand but i saw a lot of negative comments as i scrolled down. i just thought it was getting repetative and there are better things to talk about on peter’s blog. i wasnt attacking you directly, but if it offended u im srry.
Ryan
Gosh if gold goes to 5k what the heck is your dollar going to be worth……sure sounds like a major devaluation coming…never thought I’d see that from the States.
Ryan M.,
You’re a gentleman.
