Strathmore Minerals Corp – Back On Board

Posted by Peter Grandich at 2:14 PM on Thursday, October 8th, 2009

I’m pleased to have been engaged again by Strathmore Minerals Corp (STM-TSX $.60) Earlier this decade, I got involved at just pennies a share only to see the stock rise to several dollars a share. Given where company fundamentals are today versus back then (and accounting for shares outstanding now versus then), I believe the company is better positioned today to greatly enhance shareholder value. Here’s to history repeating itself.

A detailed report should be out soon. I’m continuing to look at Uranium again and believe STM is a great speculative way to get back in.

Stay Tuned.

I’ve been in Strathmore a while, held on the way down and fortunately bought some more under $.40; nice to see you are back engaged by them.

Crosshair had another press release re-emphasizing that only 9% of their project area is under the 3 year moratorium (now 1/2 over with) and that they are advancing on the other 91%.

Anyone making a call on when Uranium is due to make a run again.. 6 months.., one year, two years? Pretty dull these days.

Got stuck in Crosshair from about two/three year back.. wondering how long I have to sit and be patient.

Looking forward to hearing what you have to say about Strathmore, as a shareholder, I will be looking to see that we get our money’s worth ;^). My guess is that Strathmore has a high degree of confidence that the Bayswater deal on Reno Creek is going to go through, which will bolster their substantial property portfolio with $30MM in cash. This is coming at a time when a) the sector couldn’t be further out of favor and b) it appears the spot price is heading up and c) production from Olympic Dam looks like it may be severely curtailed for an extended period of time which will feed back into the spot price.

BTW – this article was filed under the category “Strathmore Metals Corp.”. “Metals” should be changed to “Minerals”.
